Amplifiear

Client: Amplifiear 2012

Clabots designed the Amplifiear to correct a design flaw in the iPad 2, in which the speaker faced away from the user rather than towards them. The attachment also gave a considerable boost to higher frequencies, increasing the crispness and clarity of the sound as well as the volume. Clabots used Kickstarter to crowdfund the project and received 456% of the funding goal.
