Client: All-Clad 2012

The B1 Cookware collection was All-Clad’s first anodized aluminum line. The details bring a young modern sensibility and include a hollow long-handle that is an updated reference to the brand’s classic stamped scalloped handle.  The collection features a hard-anodized construction, a nonstick cooking surface, and durable, stainless steel, induction-bonded base that prevents cookware from warping and protects stovetops from scratching. The modern design and construction pay homage to the brand’s classic details and heritage. Evan Clabots designed the B1 Collection for All-Clad, working with the in-house product development team to bring it to life.

Strategy

Extensive market research and positioning materials were developed to pinpoint where the brand would be stretching to as it entered the anodized aluminum market.
