Ipseity Wall Hook

The Ipseity Wall Hook is a strikingly detailed rectangular wall hook, crafted in 3D printed steel. The concave surface highlights the beauty of 3D printing, revealing topography lines inherent to the printing process like the growth rings in wood grain. The entire piece is printed 1.5mm thin using the absolute least material possible, while the interior is printed with the geometry to perfectly interface with the screw that it is hung on. The design utilizes the advantages of the 3-D printing process for its function and accentuates the natural rings on the face of the hook, allowing the hooks to feel like a piece of art whether or not it is in use.
